JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLES

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand each department’s (e.g., Marketing, Sales & Business development) daily processes and goals

• Participate in the company’s strategic planning, business/sales target and budget planning.

• RPT analysis and Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk

• Create and give presentations.

• Preparation of daily/monthly/quarterly reports and submission to management.

• Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.

• Report market activity to management by monitoring and analyzing competitive price lists and products.

• Prepare and conduct -sales/product training to CSD and other related departments.

REQUIREMENT

Qualification Required:

• Master’s degree in any disciple. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Experiences in remittance/banking would be an advantage. But not mandatory.

• Age not exceeding 28 years by end of December 2021.

 

Required Skills

Technical Skills:

• All candidates must be proficient in written/spoken English and Nepali Language and be computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications. ​

• Candidates are expected to have a smart and pleasant personality, be articulate, be of a cheerful nature with superior interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, a desire to excel, PowerPoint presentation (PPT) and have a positive attitude and be a team player but able to work independently and take initiatives

 

Behavioural Skills: Must have a learning and problem-solving attitude. Good Communication Skills.
