RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees the research on money business service (MBS), industry trend, evaluation, and initial development of new products or services.
- Plans and participates in research projects.
- Have strong knowledge of the payment industry and regulator policy (NRB).
- Develop concepts, products, and solutions by coordinating with various departments and groups of companies.
- Understand customer needs, interests & expectations and develop a product. .
- Determine and execute improved technology, new products, understand competitors and customers.
- Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Operations and marketing team.
- Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment.
- Develop concepts, products and solutions by working closely with business units.
- Documentation of all phases of research and development.
- Responsible to build the product and services that shall be cost-effective, seamless and adoptable.
REQUIREMENT

Qualification Required:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, MBA would be preferred. Professional Degree in Finance /Banking or equivalent.
- Leadership and management skills, budgeting ability, communication and presentation skills, ingenuity, and creativity.
- Proven experience as a project manager.
- Age not exceeding 35 years by end of December 2021.
Required Skills
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office package.
Behavioral Skills:
- Must have learning and problem-solving attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
